Who We Are

Global Educator LLC is a growing Educational Management Organization (EMO) dedicated to transforming education in high-need, rural, and underserved communities in the United States, with an expanding international focus in Latin America. We specialize in teacher placement for high-need areas; charter school development, management, and turnaround services; virtual professional development; bilingual instruction; data aggregation and analysis; dropout prevention; and targeted support for at-risk students, including those involved in juvenile justice systems. We also provide specialized support for Catholic school systems, including curriculum alignment, operational management, and faith-integrated professional development to enhance educational outcomes while respecting religious values.

RISE Program

Comprehensive educational and rehabilitative program for incarcerated youth within Pennsylvania's juvenile justice system. Offers an online high school diploma pathway, career and technical education (CTE) tracks, soft skills training, and targeted emotional support to help youth aged 10-21 overcome challenges, reduce recidivism, and reintegrate as productive citizens.

Virtual Rural Schools Innovation Network (VRSIN)

Cyber schooling, bilingual AI-enhanced learning, and partnerships to expand access in rural and high-Hispanic regions, prioritizing high-need areas based on opportunity and need. This hybrid-virtual model overcomes geographic barriers, teacher shortages, and resource constraints while prioritizing equity for ESL, at-risk, and underserved students through virtual delivery, data analysis, and restorative programs

Career and Technical Education Pathways

Educational prep counseling, dual enrollment, post-secondary training, and partnerships for internships. Helps overaged/under-credited high schoolers get back on track. CTE Pathways include HVAC, Plumbing, Healthcare, Technology, etc. Integrated apprenticeships with trade unions and organizations for hands-on placement.
